With luck this will be anticipated and there will be provisions made, hopefully by councils, the police and local independent groups. Fingers crossed! |

I guess it will depend on how regularly people cruise red light districts as to whether they notice any change.
I've lived in London, other cities, towns and now in the middle of nowhere. I dont think I've ever actually driven past a sex worker yet.

I'd expect that most will continue to use their standard business development tools. Perhaps some will move towards virtual play. It's sad that their work puts health at risk and they can be particularly vulnerable |

The BBC website has an article today on the challenges faced by sex workers in moving from a real world to online work, and I think many of them will struggle to achieve it.
I spoke to my regular escort last week and although she'd tried to move to phone sex she wasn't having much success - perhaps because many of the people she might normally see have partners and are now stuck at home with little opportunity for naughty calls. I've proposed that I'll make advance payments to her to help tide her over and collect on them once physical meets are possible again. |
