I'm exhausted and fed up. Work is draining and it's even harder to cope with not being able to let off steam at the weekends. Please cheer me up by telling me about your pets. Describe them, breed, colour, personality, etc. What's their name(s)? |

I have a huge, floofy, chonky, tabby and white british short hair cat called Bobby. He loves food and cuddles and is very demanding when it comes to both. He's currently snoozing away in a bed on our armchair. |

Ummm, he's about 5ft 6ins, long hair with an undercut. Appears to be nocturnal. Should probably take him to the groomers more frequently, but he seems to prefer self isolation. Enjoys eating us out of house and home |

3 dogs. One of which is an ancient giant bulldog who has lived four years past their sell by date. He’s a bit wobbly but he still jumps off the garden wall when the mood takes with an almighty splat. He still rules the roost which is impressive as I have a bull mastiff and a Lurcher cross as well
Three horse although one thinks she’s also a dog and likes to play with a giant ball. |

As for pets, I have a very negative German Shepherd, his name is Kiyo, 56 kg of pure fluff.
His favourites things in the world is gossiping to the neighbours, interefering and meddling, cardboard boxes and ginger biscuits.
He also loves tennis balls which he will bury in the garden only to dig up again when suitable ripe.
My son is his world and he quite likes my Daughter in Law
Crinkly windows in envelopes
His least favourite things in ths world;
Me. He really does not like me being at home and ignores me during the day
Wind - hides under the table
Birds - Argues with them
Rain - Nope, fuck that Muvva

But of course I have a pussy!
Alfie is the little shit bags name. Approximately 17, rescued from living in an attic for 2 years.
Very high maintenance, after 4 years I still can't pick him up, rare, very rare to cuddle him.
He has no idea how much I love him, and how he's a big part of my life, and no matter how much he pisses me off by being to prissy to pee outside and instead of my laundry, I can't get angry. I have to realise I am all of his life to him.
On the verge of bankruptcy, but I have to make sure I've food for him, as his kidneys are starting the fail.
Despite all my grumblings, a whack! around the head each morning to feed him, gets me up and makes me do stuff!!! |

We have a poochon, he’s blonde... matches my hair perfectly! Looks just like a living teddy bear. He’s named after one of the Krays (nicknamed by the breeder) as he was the bully of the litter & the most mischievous.
He’s either full of energy running around like a maniac or he’s curled up like a kitten beside one of us asleep.
He’s got a fetish for knickers, and I’m forever buying more as he chews them apart.... our daughter is not impressed with this, he eats hers too! He destroys his dog toys in minutes, even the indestructible ones!
He runs as fast as a whippet, but has a little jump every now and then like a lamb, hilarious!
I love him more than life itself for the joy he brings us x |

I have a border collie, black and white. Very intelligent and full of energy, understands every word you say. Loves to play with scrunchies and balls.
Also a bearded Collie , black and white, called Fleet. He is a big cuddly baby. He likes playing with a ball too.
I have 2 black and white cats. They are so gentle with my children, they can pick them up under the arms and swing them round like playing with a child. Bit sometimes the bring mice in the house. They are twins. Their faces looks like they have little masks on. Like the mask of zorro. They are out all night pillaging and in sleeping all day. |

"Awwww I wish I had a pet.
I cant justify it because I'm not at home enough.
I'd love a dog.
A big soppy Golden Labrador "
I'd love a dog, especially at the moment.
However, I have the next best thing - a hamster called Toby. They're amazing pets and as they're nocturnal always awake when you can't sleep and need someone to talk to |

They're the best, this is our 3rd and they have different personalities and attributes. For people who can't have bigger pets, I think they're amazing. |

I have an orange 5 foot corn snake called Bert. He's really friendly, but bloody noisy at the moment at night. He has the cutest face and smoothest body. |

A wire haired old terrier, who is smooth atm because I shave him in the summer so he doesn't get too hot, name varies on if he is behaving or thundering off into the distance after something
A few various animals on the farm are pets, I've missed lambing this year due to lockdown so the pet lambs will be huge when I go back |

Would love a dog but just not in the house enough under normal circumstances.
Particularly as my dream choice of dog would be a border collie, Springer spaniel or maybe a greyhound.
Who are all very intelligent and friendly but need lots of exercise and or company as don't like being left alone long.
Roll on retirement haha.. |

I have a brown and white springer spaniel. Absoluteky bonkers when he wants to be but also the softest, most friendly dog ever. Super intelligent, amazing nose and follows you everywhere you go like a shadow. Photos for those that want to say awwwww! |

Poppy is an 11yr old and is either exceptionally bright, or a human reincarnated as a Labrador x Collie. She loves to swim, chase sticks, gather as many sticks as possible, chase squirrels, swim some more, and eat as often as she gets chance. She also likes to lie on your feet and come for a cuddle on the bed when she gets chance... don’t judge me.
The reason I thinks she’s either very bright or a reincarnated human is she’s doing her best to master language and communication and gets frustrated when I don’t understand what she’s saying. I’m pretty certain she’ll have managed to say Bonio, at least, before she passes... or call me a dick for not understanding her. |

No idea what breed my dog is. Rescue. But shes 16lbs of fluffy mentalness. Shes not much over a year and still a puppy. And I think she will always be a puppy.
Playing ball and eating treats are her favourite past time. And if you have chicken or cheese or both, she wont leave your side until shes sure shes got some and you ate the rest, cause she has to check. Cheese is life.
She has 2 friends either side of us. To our left is a whipped cross staff, hes fast as fuck, and she can almost keep up with him (during the summer they play out together at night while us adults drink and start fires in out firepit) and to the right we have a lonely boy who wasnt socialised properly as a tiny pupper.... the collie.
Yesterday I witnessed my fluffer and collie fluffer, paws on top of the fence having a nuzzle and a lick. The cutest thing I've seen for a while.
They run up and down the fence together too.
Roll on summer. Roll on freedom. Roll on lazy evening off lead runs in the cool air. |
