So I always see threads about Hot list but I wondered about blocked lists!!! 
How many are on yours!? Mine is at 26 currently and I feel bad saying it but then remembered what Knobheads they were!!  |

I don't often block just tend to ignore, but just checked and there are two people on mine - one lady who was particularly homophobic on a bi thread and a bloke who I can't remember how but was somehow someone I might know in real life |

Mine, too. Not just people who've been rude or abusive to me, but people who've expressed dodgy opinions on forums that make me gasp. |

Yep same. It’s not really anything personal, just easier. I block a few with really awful views I don’t agree with. Ive also deleted and blocked automatically any messages where I’m not interested. Just always the way I’ve done it. Same as hotlist. People on there for lots of different reasons. |

Some are repeaters though, one guy seems to make a new account every other week so every time we see him we block straight away. He ghosted us an hour before a meet but apparently still likes to look at our profile 
Others are the norms like no show, fake, rude etc. |

You still get the wee menu, top right above the "blocked" message you get. You can access the notes there. |

Too many to count from fakes, pushy single guys and couples that have been rude or that we don’t meet requirements of. It’s a fantastic tool to make searching easier x |

Lots , it’s a good reminder to avoid these people... they either think they are too good for everyone and look at me type or plain stupid .
Just my opinion , as I’m sure I’m on a few people’s lists |

Loads, I'm not counting. Most because they can't take a polite 'im not interested or no thank you' and keep messaging, some because they became abusive or just down right creepy. |

Only around 10 - they were persistently annoying sending numerous messages per hour until they tripped my button. A few found me from my old profile which gave me a few issues.
I'm pretty easy going overall and rescoping my profile really helped |

250 are on our block list, I (her) just counted them.
It is easier for us to block people than receive future messages asking to play.
It's easier for us to keep track of people of interest.
For sending us offensive comments via messages.
Status updates that we do not find nice, or very negative.
Forum comments with opinions that we dislike.
People who create multiple profiles yet use the same images.

None on mine. I've been blocked by a couple of people already though.
One lady blocked me after I wished her happy fabbing And a guy blocked me because in his words all straight men have sex with other men and I was just being silly by not agreeing with him |

Think we have just got one guy on our block list, he was really not getting the message and everything he said was just creepily odd, like not offensive but just slightly wrong, hard to describe but possibly a collector of cuckoo clocks (my apologies to normal people who collect cuckoo clocks, hang on, nobody normal does that do they?).

Most for being insulting or not taking no for an anawer.
Numbers are increasing more rapidly at present with people still thinking it's ok to meet at the moment and trying to persuade me otherwise when I tell they are crazy. |

The fakes
The dreamers
The timewasters
The deceitful straight guys who aren’t straight (fab straight)
The woman who posted a pic of Mrs C without asking if we minded
The list goes on....
We always add a private note. We learnt that we don’t have time to keep coming across these people, so it’s easier to block them.

Sent an initial message to someone half hour ago and she caught the wrong end of the stick, thought I'd ventured out to shop for no reason...launched a tirade as a nurse then blocked me. My sister is a nurse so I hear the stories, I haven't been out to shops in days  This one has really got to me |

I wouldn't worry too much. Health workers are pretty stressed out and exhausted right now. She's probably snappier than normal which isn't nice to be on the recieving end of but understandable really considering the current situation. Just try to shrug it off as someone having a bad day and move on. |
