well actually what they (and most news organisations) do with china is put an * next to their number.... to indicate that is the figure they have told people...
if you notice on any of the graphs with relation to convid19, those shown in news conferences china is not on them....... |

Can you suggest another Chinese government whose figures they should use?
If you look at our own Govts figures they are pretty suspect - different health authorities using different criteria to record deaths as covid 19 related, last week one health authority releasing three days figures in one go.....
Or is this just another bit of BBC bashing?
I expect the BBC would be much better if you were in charge? |
