"Stayed the same. I was losing weight, but my baby isn’t breastfeeding as much during the day anymore. So I’m sort of at a stand still "
Are you OK with that. Congratulations on the baby |

At work... Eat quite bad as its too stressful to eat... At home, i have amazing time scoffing my face and relaxing ready for next set of stressful shifts. Thank God shelves are pretty stocked up except for cleaning products, bread, toilet rolls, pasta and milk |

You need to join the 6 pack thread
I've stayed the same, I'm snacking on junk, but I always did that anyway. |

Our diet is more or less the same with variations due to availability of stuff. Our weight is more or less the same but since my levo thyroxine dose was upped to the correct level after being just too low for 2 years I'm losing weight anyway but that will level out once it all adjusts to factory settings |

"They noticing now, especially younger people who contracted suspected coronavirus symptoms is lost of smell and taste. "
Yup, got this right now! It's fucking weird, I can't taste or smell anything at all. Nothing. I can detect the heat of spice but can't taste the actual flavour. Bizarre. I'm trying to eat minimally and not wasting decent food on myself, because a piece of dry bread tastes the same as a bloody roast dinner! |

Lost weight and under eating: for me as other half now does all the shopping and as a health nut everything is low fat, lean and plant based.
What I wouldn't give for a slice of bun and cheese washed down with a Guinness punch! |

Swings & roundabouts Eating one good meal a day and far too much shortbread and sandwiches. I make a pot of soup every few days, creamed butternut squash was the last one. My biggest problem is I have to make myself eat, I'm very uninterested. |

Every year I go and buy everyone’s Easter eggs early......and end up eating em all only to run out last minute to re purchase...now it’s lockdown you could be in trouble buying bloody Easter eggs as they’re “ not essential”. Since when has chocolate EVER been non essential |

I’m under eating. When the lad is here, I’ll make him his three meals a day, but I’ll only have one of them and that is which ever one is the main meal. Not here, I’ll just have soup or a sandwich for the day |

I was buying a lot of non perishable things and comfort food like ready meals, pot noodles, crisps, biscuits and chocolate and I was eating loads but the shops are pretty good with fresh foods and meats now so trying to eat healthily again. Going for a 4 mile walk with my daughter every morning (her on her bike). Been doing walking lunges and some crazy shuttle runs using the lampposts as markers! My ex brought me some dumbbells and a weighted vest last night so wore the vest this morning.
Gonna try and use this time to get in good shape! |

It's affected it terribly, not sure what other areas of the country are like with shopping but finding it really hard here to get to any shops at a decent time without 3 hours queues to get in, go later and there is nothing left still, just have to get what we can and not worry about traffic light on the packaging, however we got our first slot for home delivery since this started |

I'm not eating as much, I'm not bothering with a mid morning snack like I normally do and I'm having less for lunch, especially without the temptation to get a sausage roll from the cafe at work! I'm doing a lot of training though so should emerge from this ripped |

Amount I eat hasn’t really changed but not having any respite from my daughter and her obsessive ways means I can’t exercise as I want to, so not being able to burn it off x

Better. I'm on black coffee instead of shop bought lattes. I'm cooking daily and drinking more water. I'm eating less bread and not having on the go processed foods.
3 weeks without a ciggie but I never ate those to be fair.
However despite all this good behaviour, I have started eating all the stroopwaffles I can get my mitts on. |

I'm working. I'm stressed and I'm cooking comfort food. I'm drinking more due to the stress at work just to help me relax.
We are all bringing treats in for each other at work too to keep us motivated. I'll probably be more of a fat fucker afterwards |

My diet has not changed that much. Have been unable to buy ham to boil so bought top side instead (low fat), and bunged it in the slow cooker to make sandwiches and an evening meal with mint sauce, 5 veg & garlic & butter mashed potato. Able to make gravy from the juice produced from cooking meat!
I personally don't weigh myself constantly - just now and again as that can lead to being worried/ stressed about my weight/obsessive about my weight.
However, standing in cues/walking round the supermarkets seems to keep my weight constant. Seem to spend more time doing this???? As well as putting the sweeper on and other house work........ zzzzzzzzz |
