Hand over fist in these mad times?
I’m still going into work but when I get home I can’t stay still... like mental long runs etc?!

I dont doubt the loss you quote
I can be almost be certain however it's not all fat mass thus the numbers concerns me
Most likely is undereating carb and dehydration

Drinking shed loads but you’re right... my carb intake over the past couple of weeks has dropped way off... used to live on baked potatoes but honestly couldn’t tell you the last time I had one?... I’ve been consistently dropping 1-2lbs a day for well over a week now... close to a stone off since the start of the “lockdown” |

I'm struggling to eat some days and I've lost around half a stone. I worried I'd bang on loads of weight now that I'm not walking 3- 5 miles a day, but my stress levels are through the roof and it's killing my appetite. |
