Gnocchi, olive oil, pancetta and grated Parmesan. Quick simple and if you already have olive oil and Parmesan in fridge it costs virtually nothing

Buy a massive bag of pasta, and then all your favourite ingredients, make enough for about 20 people and that will last for ages, if you want to avoid going out or save money
