If you’re off work binge watch some episodes of homes under the hammer. Plenty of tips on there, I reckon I could be a property developer if I had the funds! |

"A tip? Yes it’s pretty pointless right now. All you can really do it get an idea of locations and typical prices"
Where’s the facepalm emoji on here when you need it? |

What sort of tips do you need?
You’d have a surveyor wouldn’t you to check the structural side.
General things to consider would be the distance the house is from work for your commute. What the neighbourhood is like, time statistics, schools of you have kids.
I’d take a clairvoyant with me as well to make sure there’s no lingering ghosts or spirits there.
Then it’s if the house suits your needs, enough bedrooms, storage, nice kitchen and bathrooms, I’d run all the taps to make sure the flow was strong.
Check for Japanese knot outside but that would come under structural. |

"Does anyone have any tips on this, as I was having difficulty before. But now it’s made even harder. By the lockdown.
"

Well I keep struggling in finding what I know I’m after. As everything I have seen is overpriced for the area or advertised as something it isn’t. I was just wondering on tips for how to get what you want really. Or just seeing if anyone had any sound advice on finding a new place?
I suppose there is no quick fix to some things. |
