Are you enjoying lack of routine and taking the day as it comes or are you still getting up at the same time and trying to have some order in your day ? We get up early with the dog and take him out, then try and do a few bits around the house but have taken to an afternoon snooze then late nights ! |

I need to be alive and ready to respond to phone calls or emails by 8am everyday until 5pm every evening. Other than that I am flexible. But I have noticed I am extremely tired since this whole thing started. |

I get up at 6.15 then do a few house hold tasks.
Go for a run or walk; then make sure I am ready to start work for 9.
I try to finish by 5 but I have logged on a bit later if an urgent email has come In which has done in the last couple of days |

I try and plan things to do but after a few hours I’m on here being distracted by bums boobs and willys !!!"
Haha I’ve stayed off for a week. I’m distracted again now though |

Every day i exercise a little, work from home and practice my guitar. As long as those are done there is no other routine. I’m enjoying these months of rest! |

Strange times for us all , I actually just really enjoyed going to our local Tesco Express to buy milk where normally that would be a complete chore ! |

Have to have routine as much as possible with the kids, but I’m routinely visiting the fridge lately. Not good as I should be losing not gaining weight. Can’t help it, I’m orally fixated haha x

The only change in my routine is that the kettle and the biscuit tin are now too close to hand!!
I’m still working, just in a different format
I’ve been out and about in my volunteer role today - good to be helping those who are having to stay home for their own safety. |

I advocate not lying in
I have no routine beyond
Get up between 6 and 7
Drink coffee
Do stuff not TV or PC or sit
Most of all look after brain and body x |
