As someone with a vagina that's not really how cream pies tend to work (at least for me) unless the cum is "foamed up" inside of you it will all come out at once. The way to get the prolonged dribble/mess both involves getting fingered or using a toy inside to make the cum less slippy. The issue with this is that it wouldn't leave the wet spot youre looking for.
Unless the guy produces about 30ml of cum that is magically held in the vagina until the moment she sits down (again.. not how vaginas work) this just wouldn't happen. No amount of killer kegal excersises will allow a woman to walk with enough liquid in her pussy to cause a puddle without it dripping out, and sitting would kind of trap it inside of she was in a position that you could look up her skirt..
