I like The Monarch pub. There's a Camden Pub Crawl you can book online...

London

Starting from the High Street (Mornington Crescent end) and heading up towards Chalk Farm:

Blues Kitchen for live music. The Camden Head for comedy and AMAZING burgers.

The World's End is worth an explore.

The Elephants Head for late night lock-ins.

Camden Assembly for good beers and live music.

The Spiritual Bar because it's the smallest and best place in London.

Avoid the Stables like the plague. Enjoy!

Depends on the atmosphere you like. World's End is definitely worth a visit though or the Unicorn pub at top of hill near Camden Road station if you like rock music

NW London

The Colonel Fawcett is a great little booozer which does some good food.

The Elephants Head is a good little pub with its own unique atmosphere (closest Camden has to an American type dive bar).

The Old Eagle round the corner from the overground is a nice Irish pub, has regular live music and a solid line of Thai food, plus a cat
