3 weeks is nothing in fab time, your best bet is to search the forums for previous similar threads there is a wealth of knowledge and advise out there.

You haven't specifically asked for profile advice so we are unable to do that but take a look at other single guys that do well, visit clubs and socials and dont think that just because you are on here it means you are entitled to a meet.
