The only nude hot tub I know of in London is at Rio's Spa. Are there any other hot tubs in London? Or hotels with private hot tubs?

The Bermondsey Square Hotel has loft suites with private hot tubs on the balcony.

Bristol Gardens health spa, which is in Brighton. So....not really answering your question OP! (although it is a wonderful spa and worth the occasional trip down in my opinion)

Bristol Gardens health spa, which is in Brighton. So....not really answering your question OP! (although it is a wonderful spa and worth the occasional trip down in my opinion)
