I didn't watch it, but as a young England team they did well. I think it should be celebrated that they got so far. It means that with this sort of attitude and keeness in the squad they are sure to have future success in other tournaments.
Don't beat them up. They have nothing to be ashamed of.

England should have been 2 or 3 goals up at halftime as they were playing well then they would have been in the final.Once Croatia scored I felt England seem to seemed to tire and lose confidence.At the end of the day this is a young team which has given the nation something to smile about and can improve at the start of the tournament most fans would have taken last 8 so last 4 was totally unexpected. |
