London

Used to go to Dean Street, but seems there's never availability now on a Saturday - you have to be right on it at 7pm Friday evening.

Does anyone know anywhere else in central or north London?

I LOVE 10 Hammersmith Broadway!

I know it’s not central but it’s a two minute walk from the tube (Piccadilly line) and it’s clean, modern, rarely busy.

There's Barts hospital in central London and an STI clinic on green lanes.

If you do a google search for gum clinic you will find loads of NHS places.

St Barts is pretty good. Always seem to have good availability although I’m not sure if they do weekends.

Some boroughs also have support for the SH24 DIY self-test kits. They post you sample holders and instructions. You post back the samples. In 72 hours you get results txtd to you. It’s free in some areas.

Chelsea and Westminster do the STI tests in the John Hunter clinic - but only during the week.

As hs been mentioned before, Guys and St Thomss'is open over the weekend (Burrell St)

And I think thre's one in Dean street too!

Spoilt for choices!

This is worth knowing. I've had long waits at Paddington so Hammersmith is a good alternative.

Amersham

Jefferies wing at Paddington is good, for the no symptom clinic, you have to book online, after midday on the Friday the week before.
