Can anyone suggest anything sensible for a single guy to do in Croydon tonight......

I'm looking for a meet ideally social dinner and drinks etc but not much joy so might venture out if anyone can recommend a good venue

I live in croydon. Lots of pubs/bars in central croydon but don't know what the night life is like on a Tuesday night I'm afraid.

Cinema locally or take a train from East Croydon into central London. 18 mins and London is your oyster!
