If you're OK on pavements then from there I'd make a circuit by following along the Thames into town on one side, crossing whatever bridge makes the right distance and then going back along the other side. You can't go right next to the river the whole way, but pretty close and in places it's quite nice. |

Not many roads direct large streams of traffic into the water. So most crossing is where the bridges are. Although much of that is avoidable if you are OK with underpasses. Look up the Thames Path xx |

I would run on the south side of the river if you are in London Bridge and west wards…
If you can do longer distances you might like to cross pedestrian golden jubilee bridges and go toward green park |

Definitely stay south of the river - going east from London Bridge you can run without crowds to Surrey Quays then cross into Southwark Park add a loop of that then back the way you came and you’ll top out around the 6 mark. |
