I think that's a very good summing up.
Not only have local councils closed most public toilets ( used to be rife in the last century)but getting a licence for anyform of sexual entertainment has become increasingly more difficult.
Sex cinemas only seem to operate in the midlands, as a result of this private gloryholes have mushroomed..
