Fortunately have the day off today, and usually that entails a mid morning swim and gym... Among many other more interesting things.

It's a good place to chill.
No gym equipment, but you may get some exercise if you're lucky..
It's clean, comfortable, the staff are helpful, and it's best visited without expectation of any action.
