I first started off on Fab when living in Manchester, it is much busier and better known for some reason up there. Down south it seems a bit sparser which is a shame |

Your not looking in the right places, if your prepared to travel a little you've got 3 clubs, Eurekas, Pleasures & DV8 plus Silverleighs Naturist Spa all within about 15 miles
There's also a big social group called something like the Gravesend Group, that go to clubs together and host parties
Maybe try heading to one of the clubs, it's so much easier face the face than it is trying to get a response to a message |

OP I am based in Edmonton North London and been a straight guy I guess I am fortunate that I have OP4F and Rios less than a hour away via car I appreciate Rios has a hit and miss reviews / reputation but for me it’s convenient. However other places like AbFabs / Kestrels , Radlett, the house in Sutton as well as the places mentioned in Kent are a bit of a trek for me in my 17 years old 1.0 litre Corsa on the motorway and family reasons I can’t do overnight stay at a hotel otherwise as has already been stated if you can travel there are some nice places in Kent as well as just outside London. |

"Speaking to people in clubs, some people won't meet if they have to travel inside the North or south circular now ,as they would have to pay a ULEZ charge "
What if they promise not to fart while cumming? |

"That’s a kind and helpful response, thanks x
Your welcome
You’re xx
& you wonder why people aren't interested in meeting you "
The ampersand symbol should not be considered a replacement for the actual word. Especially at the start of a sentence. |

Belittling someone over a simple spelling mistake says more about you than it does about them
Especially when they've gone out of their way to help you, I've currently got a broken arm meaning typing is difficult and painful but because I thought I could offer you helpful advice I replied
You said thank you, I said 'your' welcome, no further exchange was needed
As they say in a very famous film 'if you can't say anything nice, don't say anything at all' |

BoobyHotwife you have always come across as helpful to me.You have directed the OP what is near him within a 15 mile radius and in the past when people have been visiting London you have given them plenty of helpful advice. For the record I am a rubbish at spelling and I probably would have said Your Welcome.Hope all goes well with the surgery on your broken arm. |

It is acceptable, in a limited way, to use a coordinating conjunction such as ‘and’ at the beginning of a sentence. Shakespeare did.
And we all forgive a lady with a broken shoulder for substituting an & for and. That’s how language works.
I’m off back under my rock now. Xx |

"My god, it is drier than the Ghobi desert, there seems to be a distinct lack of people interested in meeting for anything. Please prove me wrong! "
Things must have changed! A long time ago, but I had a girlfriend from Sidcup. She came to a party at my (shared) house with her friend, also from Sidcup. It was fun, went on into the small hours, before people started crashing out all over the house. My girlfriend and I were still in the living room when her friend started snogging this older black guy I worked with. it wasn't too long before his hand was between her legs and she was holding the hem of her skirt down, not to stop him but to make sure it didnt ride up and expose her. But it was obvious what was happening as his arm pumped back and forth. It didnt go any further, but i think it is at the root of some of my interests these days! If it is, Ali is very grateful to the girls from Sidcup! |

London / Essex borders |
Having lived between Bromley and Dartford for a Number of years, it's not a *total* void, but nowhere near as busy a lifestyle as it seem in the Midlands / North.
I'd recommend getting out to Eurekas and joining some of their parties as they tend to full of local(ish) people, and it's a nice friendly venue.
It was a great intro to the scene for me many years back anyway |
