Was thinking of getting an air BnB end of October and hosting a gathering. What are people’s experience with using them for swinging parties? Obviously would need to keep it low key.

I would say unless you've hosted a few parties before and can guarantee attendance don't waste your money as most people will say yes then cancel on the day
