be natural be relaxed dont lay it on too thick and you will be fine, people are there to play so enjoy the atmosphere and see what follows

The location acronym is HOP which stands for Houseofpoitier which the owner of the house named the house

Someone owns the location, and hosts their own events there. But they also hire it out to other hosting groups.

HKoP is one of said hosting groups.
