"Anyone recommend a nice quietish restaurant within walking distance for a daytime social this week or how long to walk to brick lane , I will have a massive back pack lol"
To get to brick lane, come out of the main entrance of Liverpool Street station. Tesco is opposite. Turn left walk approximately 500 meters until you get to a railway bridge turn right, walk towards shoreditch high train station. Turn right go under the railway arch. Brick lane is straight ahead. If you keep on going instead of turning right at the railway bridge, you will come across a strippers bar. I suggest you go inside, instead of going to a restaurant. HTH |

"Despite the name, Dirty Dicks opposite the station is really nice and there were hardly any work types, upstairs is super quiet too x"
On the other side of the side road where Dirty Dicks is is another pub that was pretty quiet a couple of weeks ago called the Woodins Shades. The food was nice too.
