Soho has changed a lot over the past few decades.
Gone are the porn cinemas and some of the seedier bars. Many of the red light rooms too.
Covid won't help either.
I think sunset strip is still there but its not the soho of the 90s or 00s. |

Avoid the pep shows. I think there is only two left in soho now, and they are legalize con. You will be charge £50 or more, depending on what they think they can fleece from you, for an over price bottle of bubbly and chance are you wont get more than one dance of nudity.
walkin doors do still exist in soho but it bargin bucket of the trade.
There are no adult cinemas left in london.
Soho is nothing like the soho from 20 years or before.

I used to go to soho most weekends back in 1999, a put called the duke of Albany I think. On one occasion I got chatting to a guy in there and had a bit of a drinking session with him. We ended up in a place, I think underground bar called ziggys. Does anybody else remember this place ? |

Before lockdown, there were a few walkups left in and around berwick st etc but to my knowledge, they are pretty much all gone. I think the SW seems to have moved into making online content etc. Sign of the times sadly. Makes lunch breaks less enjoyable |
