I'm looking to move into a house but don't want to live with random people in a house share! Anyone want to find a sex positive / friendly / swinging flat together? Or have a spare room? N London / Herts or Bucks area |

I would definitely caution against having any sexual relationship with flat/house sharers. If you're a fan of Friends... It rarely works out so humourously!
As a full-time trans female, I have a Spare Room and I advertise through that website. But I end my ad with "Must be LGBT friendly" and when they come to view, I say I have a bf... Even if I do or not.
I don't know much about various websites, but a trans website I use has a Classified Ads section where people advertise for rooms / flatmates. Best to try those? |

Yeah not easy having the good balance! When I rented out my rooms when I was in London it was always open in that people came and went but always resisted. Saying that if anyone has a spare room for rent give me a shout! So sick of London hotels |
