I'd throw loads in an omelette at times. Mushrooms, bacon, peppers, onion, bits of chicken, throw some grated cheese over it and slightly grill the top. Non stick pan is crucial. Can put anything you want in it. Omelette coleslaw and a few sweet potatoe chips is lovely. |
