If you're on laptop you must allow website to access your camera then restart the browser.
You can find that setting under "lock" symbol at the top of the screen right before the site address line.
If you're using your mobile phone - download puffin browser - it allows you to join the chat and cams same way as a pc. |

You can find that setting under "lock" symbol at the top of the screen right before the site address line.
If you're using your mobile phone - download puffin browser - it allows you to join the chat and cams same way as a pc."
Yeah, we both with Smokey have tried it yesterday and we had same alert 'cam not detected', so we have checked our cams on hangouts app and all okay. I have no idea what the issue we both were having but I cannot sort it out  |

That's really strange. Now I have to admit that it is taking a good few extra steps to be able to get it working compared to any other sites though. |

Ye it can be a pain to get it working I usually don't have the patience to do it so don't cam much in there. |
