On March 13th, I decided on total abstenance 
Didn't know why at the time, now I do 
So, here's what I'm doing...
If people with cv-19 are disciplined enough
to stay indoors for a few weeks 
...I'm disciplined enough to support them 
by abstaining from sex with others 
& also abstaining from pleasuring myself

Yes, it will be hard (pun semi-intend  ...)
...but what I'll be going through will be nothing
compared to the potential loneliness, fear
and tears that a cv-19 isolated person endures
and has to face up to each and every day...

Now...
I'm not looking for anyone to say "I'm in"
follow me, etc, etc only to promise you all
that when I break my spell, I will write it up here
on the forum...
...and you 100% have my word on that

P.S am still going to be the sarcastic, cheeky
little fecker that you all know ...just one who's
going to keep his hands on the table when he
really, really has to...
