You shouldn't pass comment on what a random woman is wearing in public she can wear what she want's. It could be perceived as creepy. Unless in a swinging environment or she drew's your attention to it. |

I wear HotWife anklets on occasion, not just a chain as seen in my pics, if some guy commented I would gladly say but wouldn't expect fab comment to just an anklet without the symbols, just saying

That depends on how it's done really. A compliment and then insisting on a conversation/oogling/catcalling/asking for a smile/being pushy is creepy and not ok. An honest compliment without agenda or expectation is fine if its tastefully done. Making a big deal about a compliment can make a girl feel self conscious. |
