I'm an atheist, so I don't believe in the invisible bearded man in the sky who everyone worship's, but nobody has ever actually seen.
I'm a big proponent of intermittent fasting. Three days of no food, just water. After 24 hours the body switches over to burning it's own fat and the desire to eat diminishes. All ones senses become highly attuned and the one attains a state of total mental clarity |
