As usual I have good enough pictures. And I know that the type of ladies I message get tones of messages. So they are there like uncle Donald swimming in a massive poof of lads.

The cartoon analogies are deffo a bonus 
I dont think its about doing anything to stand out. You have to be yourself.
Saying that this isnt a dating site so you have options of meet and greets which would be a way to go.
Keep chatting on the forums too that always helped me find people to chat to |

Yes, I am being myself. And I would never try to impress some stranger. But yes, I am pretty patient lately. It's more like because some match and never talk...lol...
I am on a normal dating site having a look around. In the real life I don't really need a dating site, I do pretty well on the old-fashioned way, but I am not going out that much, this year and last year have been very busy to me , hence why I am on a dating site now |

Jayzus, but there is a single mom there that I would love to get to know her, kinda of my dream lady... She never replied messages, but sure there are a limit of how many messages on can send in three weeks... But there are other 50 who might... A couple of them already did... This is a sea of dog eat dog  |

Now if after 3+ messages someone didn't reply, surely it's a sign of disinterest.
Personally I block people who tend to have a full on conversation with themselves in my inbox.
This topic pops up every few days on forums. Yawn. |

I am kind thankful that the sexy single mom didn't reply, she seems to be a weirdo as I figured out that she already deleted and opened about three or four new profiles within 5 or 4 weeks sometimes appearance means nothing  |

Hi alpha, be patient. I am recently single. Broke up last year from a 17 year relationship. On line dating is mad. But a few good photos and no bull Sh1t goes a long way. Beware of the physios tho lol.
Badoo is good for hook ups
POF is more for proper relationships
Tinder is a mixed bag.
And Fab, well its mainly for messing people about lol.... and the ...once in a blue moon shag if ya are a normal guy |

You can stand out by putting more effort into your profile and not just being cam verified. That to me is a huge red flag.
Sending multiple messages when you don't get a reply, also a huge turn off.
Best of luck OP, try socials, Vanilla Club etc. Most are welcoming of newbies if you're not a total twat (not suggesting you are) |

Badoo just let you send two messages at all(I find it good)...
My profile there is short enough, not too long because majority do not read it... If too short or no information at all...then, haters won't even bother to reply...
My photos there are quite cute... I am not really talking about my profile here... But yes a long profile is good filter the like minded... It scares the creeps and drama queens... But for me Yes it's about being yourself and actually my profile description here is a bit shallow... I will improve it once I have time... |

Hahaha... Funny, I made the experiment... The otherwise didn't work either... I selected about 30 or 40 ladies and along the years I sent these types of messages, and only three % reply for all or any types, some won't reply for any of the types.
Type 1: Funny message.
Type 2: Normal shit questions about hobby: Things you like or did.
Type 3: One, Two or three questions based on their profiles.
Type 4: Something random, such as gardening, cooking sports or dancing or music.
Type 5: Whish them a lovely day and ask some little questions or news about general knowledge.
I tested them all and more... Even having very good pictures... In the USA I was very successful, and the ladies were extremely flirty and complementing me even before meeting... Now back to Ireland things are different, I just think that there are too many lads, which I don't bother at all, so the ladies message box are loaded... Even if I saw that they read the message, there won't be replies two or three weeks later... But a very few lovely ones replies in less than a week, actually one I will meet tomorrow... |
