Forgot to mention, when much younger, i was that into the oil massage and, on a first night in bed with a partner, i resorted to vegetable oil, as it was all i could find.

Just use a water based massage oil or non latex condoms. It’s the latex that reacts badly to all of these massage oils and lubes. |

The hard white stuff melts in your hand, is great for skin and hair, is edible, and can be used internally. If mixing essential oils with It, don't use internally, as most essential oils are easily absorbed through mucous membranes and can cause irritation. The recipe for a great massage?

Use fractionated coconut oil. It's water soluble and easily washes out. But I use ordinary coconut oil (from Lidl) and it washes out completely at low temp wash if washed same day as use. |

I actually do use fractionated coconut oil and i find it doesnt wash out... Especially with essential oils added. I generally lay towels down over sheets now to avoid the mess. |
