Bring Back Dogging?

Is there any hope of a good dogging scene returning to some of the classic locations in northern Ireland eg. Oxford Island?

Or do sites like this make it impossible as info gets too public?

only way to go dogging now is to arrange on phone and avoid usual sites mentioned on here as so many wankers about
