The rain woke me up. Which is kind of ok because I like lying in bed at night listening to the rain. It'll be less ok when the alarm goes off at 7 though  |

Night Owl here too. It's weird because even if I'm tired I don't get sleepy until the late hours. It's like the sleep hormone doesn't get released in my body until well after midnight regardless of how tired my body might be.
Usually go to bed around 3-4ish except on weekends when I work.
I read it could be an evolutionary thing that goes back to when we lived in the trees and caves.
There was always someone in the group awake at any one time to keep an eye out for danger while the rest slept.
That's the theory anyway |
