Every woman I have been with has had the ability to gush, but none have squirted.

So I'm not sure all women can, infact I'm 99.9% not all women can but I'd be lying if I said I was an expert on this.

From my own personal experience I was adamant I was not a squirter many have tried and failed. Most to the point it was hurting. I don't think I was ever comfortable enough to let go something was holding me back. But at Christmas a very patient and kind gentleman that I trust immensely managed to make me do it. It was so damn hot. Now it happens to me all the time it's like he managed to switch a button. My body now recognises when to let go. I am very grateful to his kind wife and dear friend of mine who said I should borrow her husband's magical fingers.

My ex-wife didn't feel comfortable in letting go, I think she may have had the ability to squirt but we never got that far. When it came to gushing she felt embarrassed (personally I thought it was hot as fuck) so I was never going to be allowed to see if she could squirt.

Thanks for sharing your experience. In my life i had the pleasure to be with 3 ladies who squirt a lot, it was so beautiful to drink their "milk". They told that their orgasm were more intensive when squirting.

------------

She might have a few inhibitions about squirting so maybe having a good chat about squirting first Now, regarding the act itself ...lots of kissing, tactile teasing and foreplay first with a long slow build up in a cozy environment where the focus is on mutual pleasuring as opposed to an outcome of getting her to squirt...

...Main thing is have fun you crazy kids!

Get her nice and relaxed and don't even mention the squirting. I used to feel pressure to be able to do it and that just makes it stressful. Have some towels etc on hand to deal with any mess. I was a bit emotional and embarrassed the first few times as it's a totally different feeling to experience. So lots of hugs and reassurance how hot you find it

I dont think I started to gush/squirt until my mid 30s I felt comfortable enough to let go and trust my partner with what he was doing and the outcome.... amazing but I find its not something you can control or that maybe every woman can do, I dont really know I do know comfort is key, and it's not something she can control sometimes it happens and sometimes not being well well hydrated does help.. but as everyone has said above make sure she feels comfortable and be ready for whatever outcome when she does let go and assure her it's all good. Happy practising ??

I'm no sexpert but gush to me is like just a little squirt

.. but that's just how I would differentiate... also I find when I start to gush its then when he keeps going and does what he does best that I start to squirt I think the right partner will always no when there is more there to come. X

As a fellow squirter and gusher it's a very different story with each woman but I believe every woman has the ability. The secret is to completely let go relax all your muscles down there and yes it kinda feels like your going to pee but it's actually the beginning of the squirt. Also when you do squirt when you orgasim at the same time it is much more intense it's such a lovely feeling

This. It's been proven via ultrasound scans. Not sure why this discussion still happens.

At the end of the day it doesnt make any difference. If you enjoy it then play on!

This

OP you haven't said whether you are trying for the squirt through fingers/toys/sex.

Do clarify.

Also, ask your partner to go relieve herself in loo before sex. This can sometimes be the blocker, as if she knows that she recently peed, she's less likely to think she's now peeing again, so may help her relax and let go.

As others have said, towels down, or a tiled area, may also help her to release but it should never be the main goal.

Orgasms and fun are the objectives, not squirting.

On a side note, maybe you could let her milk your prostate, the male version of squirting effectively, which may also give her confidence to let go in her own squirting.

It's another avenue that might help

Think it's too much for some people to handle. They prefer imagining some special squirting gland and much rather change everything we know about human anatomy than live with a fact that someone may have made them sprinkle some pee and they enjoyed it

I’ve only squirted a handful of times and it’s still pretty new to me. But I have to say that I don’t really get what all the fuss is about. I much prefer my regular orgasms any day. I get more of a release from those than when I squirt. I would have no problem if I never squirted again. Lol

This is by someone else on another site. I can provide a link to the original if required.

Female ejaculation is not urine, it is PSA (prostatic acid phosphatase) and also usually contains a type of sugar called fructose. Which is why it might also have a sweet taste to those who have experienced it. Both PSA and fructose are also present in male semen.

PSA comes from the Skene's glands that are located next to a woman's G-spot, and are connected to the urethra. When a women is sexually aroused, the liquid accumulates in the bladder, and is later expelled during ejaculation, or urination.

It is believed that all women experience ejaculation, but not all women notice it, or squirt during sex. Many expel the liquid later during urination.

Female ejaculate is not pee. It is a combination of PSA and fructose. But squirt can be both, if the woman's bladder is not empty before she becomes aroused.

I don't get the obsession with squirting and I truly dislike the finger fiddling until you produce. It's nice when it happens through intercourse but always remember it doesn't mean the woman had an orgasm. They can occur simultaneously but most of the time they don't.

Well, if it's a big mess, then she may have actually peed herself.

Yeah, way too much concentration on squirting these days, as a result of porn, unfortunately.

Hey folks, if it happens, it happens.

If it doesn't, are you going to stop what you're doing?

Not if you know what you're doing, interested in both your enjoyment and love playing together.

Forget specifics and just play and enjoy

Look at the following peer reviewed research paper...

Nature and origin of "squirting" in female sexuality.

Salama S, et al. J Sex Med. 2015

"METHODS: Seven women, without gynecologic abnormalities and who reported recurrent and massive fluid emission during sexual stimulation, underwent provoked sexual arousal. Pelvic ultrasound scans were performed after voluntary urination (US1), and during sexual stimulation just before (US2) and after (US3) squirting. Urea, creatinine, uric acid, and prostatic-specific antigen (PSA) concentrations were assessed in urinary samples before sexual stimulation (BSU) and after squirting (ASU), and squirting sample itself (S).

RESULTS: In all participants, US1 confirmed thorough bladder emptiness. After a variable time of sexual excitation, US2 (just before squirting) showed noticeable bladder filling, and US3 (just after squirting) demonstrated that the bladder had been emptied again. Biochemical analysis of BSU, S, and ASU showed comparable urea, creatinine, and uric acid concentrations in all participants. Yet, whereas PSA was not detected in BSU in six out of seven participants, this antigen was present in S and ASU in five out of seven participants.

CONCLUSIONS: The present data based on ultrasonographic bladder monitoring and biochemical analyses indicate that squirting is essentially the involuntary emission of urine during sexual activity, although a marginal contribution of prostatic secretions to the emitted fluid often exists."

Some men, who tasted it, told their girlfriends that it's not urine, so now women are convinced too.

Tell her to push past that urge to pee. It's v counter intuitive but once she does it the first time, she'll find it really easy.

Re the pee question - you can find a study to "prove" pretty much anything these days. Methodology matters but online media doesn't take that into account and the results of sub-standard science get thrown around like they're gospel. I don't know all that much about this, but I know enough to not believe something just cos a study says it's true.

I've tasted my own and other women's. It's not pee.
