Depends on how the length is reported, some surveys allow self reporting. The Irish measurements are out dated but we're done by doctors.
The only survey done where everyone was measured by doctors found that on average length on average was probably only a cm between races and no one has drastically larger cock.
Its likely becauae of that, no one will will research it again.
