What's the best thing for it what do you use?
There so many different tooth pastes you wouldn't know which to buy.
Bar the obvious a dentist lol has to be a cheaper solution |

"Iv used that polished powder stuff a few times don’t know If it made much of a difference as for toothpaste I use whatever’s on offer " same here what ever is the best price. But you see kits for €30 in the likes of tescos an above like do they actually work or just a waste of money |

No idea but I’d be very cautious of any home whitening kits you could end up causing more damage than good |

You won't exactly put it in your mouth you just brush your teeth with it but the down side to it is it damaged your gums so use at your own risk I guess lol |

Youd die if you swallow it but its ok for teeth whitening in the way i suggested a cotton qtip dipped in bleach rubbed on tooth..best to concentrate on 1 tooth at a time...a bleach solution is also great as a mouthwash..2 teaspoons of bleach in 250ml water .swill in mouth for a minute then spit out ..rince mouth with water after..great for oral infections |

I used the crest strip's before and the nerve pain was unreal..also tried professional whitening and the same happened..some people just can't use them . I'd advise start using sensodine for a bit beforehand |

I use mixture of soda, coconut oil, charcoal and few drops of peppermint oil. Brush for a 3mins, slowly. Then leave for another 2mins, rinse and rub a coconut oil. Make sure its organic and unrefined.
I use it since ages. One of my workmates from Nigeria told me her secrets having amazing whites |

Nah. She told me: rub a coconut oil on your teeth and gum after brushing them.
Ive never had any problems since. I think unrefined coconut oil works here to coat the enamel on the teeth and protect them. Not only whitening them.
Is that make a sense for you now? |
