About how chicken I was to send mail to people. And I got some nice feedback and the normal not nice people saying nasty things.
Anyway I took the time to write over 35 messages.
Bad news not one single reply not one not even a single no thanks and you wonder why I was to chicken to mail.
It's hard enough being me and trying to join in the parties.
When no one even answers.
Anyway as a few guys on here going to be nasy. I just say thanks for talking me into mailing my confidence has already been shot to bits  |

Try not to take it personally OP. Dont put all of your eggs in one basket. Go to socials and try to meet people face to face or maybe organise one yourself. He who dares wins as a wise man once said.... LOL  |

OP....I really wouldn't concern yourself with the nasty ppl. No one really cares about ppl like that and no one wants to be associated with nasty ppl who don't even know you.... so just forget about them and move on. Karma has a funny way of coming around.
About your 35 msgs?? I say that's no big deal. I'm sure there's plenty of guys on here that have sent a truck load of msgs and had no replies either.
I'm no expert but hanging around in the forums is beneficial as you tend to learn some stuff.
Pretty much anyone sending 35 "cold call" msgs will find it difficult to get replies. Bar the women... and it's a woman's world as we know. At the end of the day your msging someone cold and "expecting" a reply. It's apparent to me that it doesn't work like that. The fact is you're nobody until your recognisable so spending some time in the forums may help to get you noticed and then maybe... just maybe you'll get replies you your msgs. But make no mistake it's not easy and and if you let it, it can get you down but nothing that's ever worth doing is easy. My advice would be sit back and strap in and engage with ppl and dont 'expect' strangers you reply to a cold text.
Failing all that the social events seem to be a very good way to get yourself evolved with ppl and most ppl in here seem decent so I wouldn't have any major concerts about attending them and I'm sure you'd be welcomed with open arms.
I'm a nobody here too but enjoying it all the same. I hope this helps and I wish you all the best.
