Just reading that caffeine has a half life up to 7 hrs 
So if you have 4 strong coffees at midday, you still have one of them rattling around you at 2am!  |

Good morning to you too. I've actually gone for tea this morning just to mix things up a bit. See I'm like that....a real rebel like. Never fear though I'll get my coffee fix soon enough.
