How long do you spend on here? Be it messaging / forum posting or just down right dirty perving?
I find lately with it being very quiet in work that I’m spending a lot of time here, maybe up to 5 hours a day  . Think I’m going mad lol
Then when I go home from work I don’t come on much at all, when really this is the time most would be on at |

Few minutes in the morning ,same at night ,maybe 5 mins lunchtime & evenings, other than that ,that's it basically |

I work from home so probably on and off during the day not so much at night it's the forum page that perks my interest or if i get involved in chatting with someone on messsges... |

Trying to wein myself off it. Not stopping just spend less time online.
1 hr a night is plenty...especially with no messages to reply to lol.
Bit more at weekends with free time and hungover n horny Sundays. |
