Don't be a dumb ass and use your head not your heart and realise when someone or something is just not right and get out of the situation.also just to have more fun and enjoy life more.

Hard to say as all those choices I've made along the way are what has made me,me. Whether they where good or bad choices.
But taking all that in to account. I would not mind going back giving my younger self the life experience I have now.

Stop giving so much to people that don't deserve it and don't care for you.
Have more fun.
Let go.
Have a little sass and alot of badass.
You did nothing wrong.
Breathe.
Ask for help.
You will survive 100% of the bad days.
