Just a question for the ladies, do you notice guys bulges in lycra shorts at the gym? Just I was at gym earlier and a black guy was working out and wasn't wearing shorts over his lycra shorts, huge bulge I couldn't help notice to be fair, then I noticed one or two ladies getting a cheeky glance in the mirrors lol

Honestly yet to see a fella in lycra in the gym where i am. Its either gaa shorts with gaa socks or tracksuit bottoms lol.

I used to teach spin followed by aqua. Always had a spare pair of shorts to throw on over the cycling shorts after the spin class.

The one time I forgot them.

I don't and I'll tell ya why....I'm too busy wearing meself out, catching my breath back and giving out to the poor misfortunate that has to train me!
