Apologies if the question has been asked already, as I haven't been online much over the past month, but I just checked a new profile (yes, I'm a woman, we check profiles ), and in the text box just above the newbie's own text was "Any problems with this new profile? Please report it". Anyone else noticed this on new profiles? |

I just looked at 'new women' and 'new men', nothing on those profiles. Maybe it's something they are trying out and testing to see how it goes. I use fab on my mobile, unless it's a thing that is only on the desktop site... |

"Seen it on a good few new profiles over id say a month "
Will it make any difference do you think? If someone is inclined to report a profile will they not do it anyway? Will this simply encourage spurious reporting? |

Why? If someone is abusive, or is using your photos on their profile, or soliciting... Are they not reasons to report? Is there no circumstance under which you'd report someone? |

People have the ability to report to admin at anytime and anywhere on the site, as it stands currently. I understand and agree that people should report others if they feel they need to. That is pretty much understood. I just don't think the extra encouragement is required. It's tough as a newbie and this may make it a lot harder. If folk are having more problems with new users than any others in general. All they have to do is change their preferences, to exclude newbies. |

Can't find any such profiles, then again I don't look at newbies.
I've a 'Distance' title on my profile' just under the first section of the profile. I can't get rid of it, my admin message about it got no reply. Now I'm not sure what I should think of it, do you think it's some fab warning to keep your distance of lil innocent that is myself? |

I've noticed this too over the last few weeks. It seemed to only appear on single womens profiles but I've just seen it on a TV/TS profile now.
I assumed it was something admin had introduced to try & cut down on fake profiles being created. |

I’m on iPhone and I’ve seen it the last five or six weeks. Something needs to be done. There’s a fair amount of fake profiles and the ease of setting up a new profile, is fair too easy in my opinion. |

Yes... If only we had some sort of law enforcement type person about to combat this kind of thing... Any idea where we could find one? |

"I've seen this on a few profiles over the last while when browsing on the pc, never minded if it was on profiles when using the phone."
I only noticed it today... The profile I looked at was just 26 minutes old but had already been verified by meet (the profile stated that it was a returning member), so I wondered was it something Fab had introduced for profiles that got verified suspiciously quickly... |

Have seen this on both the mobile and desktop sites. Seems to be appearing on profile that look unusual. No details filled in a pic that looks too good or has been verified under unusual circumstances The type of single female or couple profiles that you would bet good money on it been a single guy or pic collector |

I've seen it for a while now and have even used the Report functionality as it was people using Fab but promoting their Snapchat/Instagram which led to OnlyFans or their Amazon wishlist.
Basically sexual monetization.
Not what Fab is about.
A good idea, as far as I'm concerned |

Yeah it's on the new profiles. Reporting only seems to work every now and then. There's a couples profile on here that I image searched before and it came up as some semi well known American celebrity. Literally the exact same picture just slightly cropped. Reported it and the profile is still there, it had meet verifications as well. |

Not the first time I've heard of well-verified profiles with pics stolen from the Internet, but then again, if someone put 'looks nothing like their photos' on a veri, would anyone display it anyway? |

I'm fairly sure the veris were public and none were negative. It only made question it even more, I (male) was asked to verify people before after exchanging a few messages. You can't always trust verifications unfortunately |
