As we know, it can be a stressful time around Christmas

...especially for us lads

as we embark on our Christmas shopping expedition

in a few hours time or even tomorrow

Anyway, just wondering, what was the best Christmas

present you ever got (as a kid or adult) & why??

As a child, a talking doll

As an adult, a card from Lee where he expressed in writing how much I meant to him

As an adult it was an oversized jumper dress. My kids saved money for weeks to get it for me. I still have it. It's my go to when feeling unwell or a comfy day on the sofa.

As a child it had to be barbie set with 3 barbies. I still have them to those day.

Few Christmas's ago my Dad sifted through my jacket pocket,

took my car keys and drove my car up to to the filling station to fill up my car with petrol

(He's insure on my car btw )

Anyway, nothing better than getting into your car to see

that you've a full tank of petrol.

So great pressie that I 100% used and wanted!

The Road to Nowhere

I remember getting a bmx as a kid. Aw it was the business!! It was purple.

As an adult...I started college in the Sept of 04 and my mam gave me a watch. She'd bought it me for Christmas to put away to give me but said every college student should have a watch. It was nothing special, in terms of watches but I've kept it all this time.

Dunboyne & Dublin

This year, it's Frames 30th anniversary tickets for Kilmainham.

As a kid it was Scalextric but my Dad convinced me to change it for Hornby trainer.

NEVER swap fast cars for trains on a child!

They'll never forget it
