Brought a lovely pair of baby pink heels nothing fancy but I brought them 3 weeks ago.
Online.
Anyway I got a message Sat sorry for the delay.
But they out of stock
And will be sent out as soon as new stock comes in etc.
Why didn't they tell me this 3 weeks ago.

Because they may be dealing with a back log?
Maybe because just before they got shipped out some Karen came in claiming she got a wrong size and had to speak to the manager to exchange her size for the ones that were meant for you?
Maybe the person who's responsible for counting stock was off sick for a while and whoever replaced him isn't doing a great job?
Maybe the person, who's responsible for holding stock couldn't handle the pressure and just walked out leaving everybody's orders in a mess?
So many maybes...
Sorry to hear you didn't get your heels. Shit happens I suppose and as long as you either get the product late or your money back in the end it should really be okay. |
