Due to the fact that my frozen ham for Christmas was some reason just put in fridge.

Am having it with baked spuds and a honey and mustard sauce with peas.

And jam sponge and custard for pudding.

Had family over for dinner...

Starter - Cream of mushroom soup with fresh Tiger bread and homemade garlic butter.

Main - Roast Chicken dinner with champ, homemade stuffing, buttered sprouts and broccoli, orange glazed carrots and roasted parsnips with mushroom and bacon sauce.

Dessert - meringue nests with fresh cream and strawberries.

Refreshments - Elderflower fizz with frozen grapes.

Stuffed and cooked out
