Dungeon sound proof

Hi all we have a room set out for play in our new house and were wondering what to for soundproofing. Ay ideas?

Probably too late now but, when putting up plasterboard, use 2 layers, sandwiching a substance called Green Glue.

It absorbs sound and is one of a couple of steps to achieve soundproofing.
