I dont think it is that naive. Tattoo artists do free tatoos for friends. I don't know her personally but know she is friendly helpful, and does parties etc.
I know people covered in tattoos and well over half were done for free. Ive never had a free one myself though.
also its just kik, if it turns out to be a scam just block. |

Lol.. It wasn't the free tatt.. If I want one I can get one myself
He messaged me a few and his profile said he was in the UK.. I told him no point chatting because he wasn't in Ireland and he told me he would be over in my area working soon..
Then the insults started  |
