'Friends only' not friends only?

So a profile I have never interacted with before has fabbed my 'friends only' pics. He doesn't show on my friends list and I can't see his friend pics.
How is this possible? |

The only thing I can think of is that you or they sent a friends request which was accepted, they then saw and fabbed your pics and unfriended you after. |

I got banned for fabbing a photo before.
Someone said "look at photo number 3 in the irish top photos, its hot", and I looked, fabbed it, returned to the thread posted "Nice, fabbed it".
Then got banned. Apparently the profile had me blocked, and it still showed up in the top fabbed photos list.
The same thing probably happened your photo, for whatever reason it appeared in the top fabbed list, and someone just fabbed it. |

"Are you SURE you havent been friends before? Remember profiles can change profilenames and pics and could be totally unrecognisable from before."
If he had changed names he would show up on my friends list with the new name. |

The most likely outcome Ms Puddles is when you uploaded the then said snap it was ether uploaded to friends only or public and thereafter 20mins later permanently changed to private.
Does this make sense!

True. It's possible he might have previously been in your friends list under another name, he fabbed the pics, and then you (or you) un-friended. |

It was 2 new fabs on 2 old photo from friend only list.
Not a former friend.
Probably a glitch.
I have reported it. Fabs have been removed and said fabber has sent a friend invite.
Thanks for the concern but its really not worth worrying further about.

Did admin offer any kind of explanation? Was a non-friend able to view friend pics just by clicking on your profile? I wonder how the glitch occurred.
Its quite serious as some people have face pics on friends only. |

That's worrying. Admitting that members private and personal pics have been accessed without authorisation is a security breach and should be taken seriously. I'm guessing there are data protection issues here too. Once you have peoples private data you have a responsibility to protect it. |
