Its not the type of veri thats important really but more who gives it.
It'd take a webcam veri from a fabber I trusted over a meet one from someone I didnt know of.
Saying that the whole system is open to abuse.
People with multiple accounts vering themselves, women can get any desperate Dan to give them one with the hint of some action etc.....
Best thing to do is use them as one small part of your over all vetting |

I really don't see the point of them, I'd rather see coffee meet veris that indicate someone left the safety of their basement to actually meet a person in the flesh. Too many fantasists on here stringing people along with no intention of ever meeting. |

Yes, the coffee veri is a result of a coffee meet. Actually you could throw in the party veris too, useless as well.
Only proper play veris allow to extract some bits of information. |

We are aware of how ‘difficult’ it can be for some people but it’s not impossible (interact, make an effort, be noticed).
Webcam verifications mean zilch to us as there are so many fake webcam clips on the internet that can be used...
Everyone has their own preferences but, for us, it’s meet verifications only!

the advantage of a coffee or party meet is that it proves the ptofile is real, that the people turn up & are in reality like minded.
As for play veris ... personally i would not be going into blow by blow details, so DH there would be little garnered re likes/dislikes...but over coffee or drinks it is possible to discuss types of fun & boundries.
Coffee is often the 1st step to progress or depart. |

My first verification came by way of cam. If the good lady that veried me had not done so I would not have gotten to a group social so soon or had my first play meet when I did. Surely cam veri's aren't everyone's cup of tea but I'd have properly struggled early on without mine |

And that's fine if it's your first, but when you see people who have 4 or 5 veris, all cam, it's not unreasonable to draw the inference that they don't intend to progress beyond the safety of their home,despite what their profile may say about looking for meets. |

And if camming is someone's thing, or just their comfort zone, that's fine too, but they should be honest about it and not waste people's time pretending they're interested in meets  |

We all have different approaches how we go about arranging meets. I do understand why people choose the coffee meet approach, but it wouldn't me my cup of tea.
I also do understand that a web veri or a coffee veri is a good one to start with as it often leads to more.
And sure the coffee/social/party veris proves exactly what you're saying but does one really need 20 to 100 of them to prove that they're existing and turn up? Or is this more of a Facebook thing.
As for the graphic play meet details, who said I'm looking for such? The info I'm retrieving is way more subtle.
It's funny every time the veri topic comes up and I express my opinion, people start jumping to conclusions ie that I choose my meets based on veris only, that I put too much focuse on them, that I take them to seriously etc. etc. Do I come across rather thick??? Ahh maybe I should drop that last question on the other thread...
